Automatic Debit (ACH) - This will debit your checking or savings account when your assessments are due. A copy of a voided check will be necessary along with an completed ACH form. There is no charge for this service If there is a change in the assessment amount no changes are necessary.
Credit Card Payment - This is through the Homeowner portal. You may make a onetime payment or re-occuring payments. Please be aware there is a service charge for credit card transactions by the merchant company. If there is a change in the assessment amount you will need to make the change thru the homeowner portal.
E-check Payment - This is through the Homeowner portal. You may make a onetime payment or re-occuring payments. Please be aware there is a $1.99 service charge for e-check transactions by the merchant company. If there is a change in the assessment amount you will need to make the change thru the homeowner portal.
Online Bill Pay - This is done thru your bank’s online bill pay system. All payments need to be payable to the Association and must include your account number. If there is a change in the assessment amount, you will need to contact the bank to change the amount being deducted. Also note that banking institutions can take 2 – 7 business days to process a payment.
